1. Information we collect
- Hiring requests: your name, work email, company, the role and hiring details you describe, and any message you send us.
- Candidate information: when Korean professionals are introduced to us or apply for a role — contact details, CV, work history, education, skills and job preferences.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and time of visit, collected through server logs and our own visit statistics.
- Cookies: only essential cookies needed to run the site securely (session and form-security cookies). We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
- To answer your request and provide recruitment services — sourcing, screening, interview coordination and contract or onboarding support.
- To introduce candidates to employers, with the candidate’s agreement.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Sharing
We share personal information only when needed: with service providers that host and protect the site and deliver email (for example Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare), with employers or candidates as part of a recruitment process you take part in, with partners you ask us to involve (such as an Employer of Record or payroll provider), and with authorities when the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your hiring request or candidate profile at any time.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls and firewalls — to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact us through the request form (write “Privacy request” in the message) or by post. We will respond within the time required by law.
